Yes! You will need to meet the following requirements to live stream in full HD (1920 X 1080).


Hardware Needs:

  1. Handy cam or Professional Camera with HDMI Out or Component Out. HDMI is the preferred connection method for Full HD playback.
  2. Video encoder called "Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle for USB 3.0 (with USB cable)".  This is can be purchased from a local Audio/Video dealer. You may locate a dealer from here.
  3. PC or Mac with USB 3.0 port.

Connecting the Devices:
  1. Connect the HDMI OUT port in the Camera to the Intensity Shuttle HDMI IN port using a HDMI cable.  You may also use Component Analog Video, S-Video, or Composite Video with Analog Audio, but this will result is a lower quality video.
  2. Connect the Intensity Shuttle and your PC or Mac via the USB 3.0 port.  
  3. Your PC or Mac running Flash Media Live Encoder (FMLE) or an equivalent encoder software will identify Blackmagic as a valid video source for live streaming.
